This was my first experience with American Plumbing and Rooter. Rich and his team are excellent. On the initial phone call, Rich was very helpful and asked great questions about my plumbing issue. Kevin stopped by, right on time, and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. Our shower works great now. Thanks again Rich and Kevin. Great company, highly recommended!

Best experience I’ve ever had with a company. Got a live person right away & Kevin responded in 30 minutes. You can’t go wrong dealing with Rich and Kevin. They got to the work (waterline replacement from meter to house) promptly & cleaned up perfectly.

Rich was amazing during a recent water issue I had at my property. Rich was prompt, knowledgable, and very thorough during his review of the damages, and fixed my issue in very quick time; which was a huge relief to us during a very stressful situation. I would highly recommend American Plumbing & Rooter, and will definitely be working with them again. 5/5 stars.

Talon Bushnell

Truly outstanding service! We woke up to 4 inches of water in our garage and a flooded laundry room. Rich had someone out to our house within two hours to repair the problem. The repair tech was professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. The price for the repair was reasonable and they didn’t charge an extra emergency fee. I will definitely call American Plumbing next time I need a plumber!
